Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Officer, based in Coimbatore. The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring campus safety, overseeing surveillance systems, implementing security protocols, monitoring entry and exit points, and managing emergency situations. The role also involves coordinating with campus staff, students, and external agencies to maintain a secure environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in security operations, surveillance, and risk management
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, students, and external teams
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make decisions promptly
- Prior experience in managing security for educational institutions or large facilities will be an asset
