Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Officer based in Mumbai. The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring security and safety across the premises, monitoring surveillance systems, managing access control, and responding to security breaches and incidents. The duties include conducting routine patrols, ensuring compliance with security policies, training staff on safety protocols, and preparing detailed incident reports. Collaboration with team members and external agencies is also an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in monitoring and operating surveillance equipment, access control systems, and performing security checks
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
- Prior experience in security management or a related field is preferred
- Basic computer literacy for documentation and incident reporting
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security measures
- Certification in security practices or relevant training will be an advantage
