Hiring: Identity & Onboarding Security Officer | Hyderabad | Global Tech Client (G4S Rolls)
Are you a security professional with a technical edge?
We are looking for an Identity & Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, supporting a leading global technology client.
This is not a typical security role. You will serve as the technical lead for our Identity Verification (IDV) kiosk environment, ensuring a seamless, secure, and professional onboarding experience for every new employee.
š Location: Hyderabad
š° CTC: ā¹6.0 Lakhs per annum
š¢ Company: G4S (On-site at a Global Technology Client)
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage end-to-end identity verification for new hires using biometric and AI-enabled tools
ā¢ Act as the primary SPOC for troubleshooting kiosk hardware and software issues
ā¢ Coordinate with global technical teams to maintain high system uptime
ā¢ Ensure strong standards of integrity, data privacy, and customer experience throughout the onboarding journey
What Weāre Looking For:
ā¢ 4ā6 years of experience in Corporate Security, AVSEC, or similar experiences.
ā¢ Comfortable troubleshooting digital systems and software platforms
ā¢ Strong verbal and written English communication skills
ā¢ High attention to detail and professional integrity
