Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Officer based in Tindivanam. The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the company's premises, personnel, and property. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring security systems, performing patrols, reporting security breaches, coordinating with law enforcement if needed, and maintaining detailed security records. The role also involves supervising the implementation of safety protocols and training staff on security measures.
Qualifications
- Experience in maintaining and operating security systems and surveillance equipment
- Knowledge of risk assessment, emergency response planning, and safety protocols
- Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Physical fitness and the ability to remain alert during shifts
- Experience in a security or law enforcement role is highly preferred
- Ability to assess and resolve security-related incidents effectively and calmly
- Relevant security certifications or training will be considered an advantage
