Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Security Manager role based at Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar, New Delhi. The Security Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and property. Day-to-day duties include overseeing physical security measures, developing and implementing security policies, managing emergency response strategies, and coordinating with external security agencies. The role also involves the maintenance and monitoring of security systems to prevent potential threats and ensure a safe environment for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Physical Security measures and Security Management practices
- Understanding and experience in Information Security and Cybersecurity
- Expertise in Network Security systems and related infrastructure
- Proven experience in managing security operations within a corporate or hospitality setting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle crisis management and develop safety protocols
- Familiarity with local safety and regulatory compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field is preferred
- Professional certifications in security (e.g., CPP, PSP, CISSP) are a plus
- Experience in the hospitality industry is highly advantageous
