Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Security Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our property.
The role involves leading and managing all security functions, including developing and implementing security policies, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and assets, and overseeing daily security operations. The Security Manager will also conduct risk assessments, manage emergency response protocols, and work closely with hotel leadership and operational teams to mitigate risks and handle potential threats effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in Physical Security and Security Management, with a proven ability to create secure environments.
- Knowledge of Information Security and Cybersecurity principles to address data and IT-related risks.
- Familiarity with Network Security practices to safeguard digital systems and infrastructure.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage a team and liaise with multiple departments.
- Prior experience in hospitality or facility management is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Information Technology, or a related field.
