🚨 We’re Hiring | Loss Prevention Executive (Hub Operations)
đź“Ť Position: Loss Prevention Executive
đź“Ť Location: Kappalur, Madurai
đź•’ Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor hub operations to prevent theft, pilferage, and inventory loss.
* Conduct regular security inspections and audits.
* Monitor CCTV footage and investigate security incidents.
* Ensure compliance with company security policies and SOPs.
* Coordinate with operations and security teams to minimize risks.
* Prepare incident reports and recommend corrective actions.
* Verify inward and outward movement of goods and assets.
* Support investigations related to loss prevention and policy violations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
* 1–3 years of experience in Loss Prevention, Security, or Warehouse/Hub Operations.
* Knowledge of CCTV surveillance, security procedures, and incident reporting.
* Strong observation, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
* Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.
