Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for Security Guards. Security Guards are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of people, assets, and premises. Daily responsibilities include conducting routine security checks, controlling access to authorized personnel and visitors, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies. Additional duties may involve supporting customer service functions and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security skills for safeguarding people, property, and the premises.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and handle situations calmly and professionally.
- Experience in Customer Service, demonstrating a commitment to providing a welcoming attitude while managing safety needs.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform duties that may include standing, patrolling, and responding quickly to situations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to observe and respond to potential security concerns.
- Previous experience in security or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; relevant certifications are a plus.
