Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Guard & Security Supervisor Cum Admin, located in Khatkhati, Assam. The role involves overseeing and ensuring the safety and security of company premises, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include monitoring physical and personnel security, managing private security measures, performing administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service. The Security Supervisor will lead and coordinate security personnel while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security
- Proven Interpersonal Skills to effectively lead a team and interact with staff and visitors
- Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and maintaining detailed security records
- Previous security or supervisory experience is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Physical fitness and capability for security-related tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in security management are a plus
- Familiarity with safety regulations and emergency response protocols
