Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Security Guard position based in Ahmedabad. The Security Guard will perform duties, including monitoring and securing premises, ensuring the safety of employees and visitors, and maintaining a visible and professional presence. Responsibilities include implementing personnel and physical security measures, conducting security checks, responding to incidents, and addressing security concerns effectively. The Security Guard will also engage with individuals courteously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding and experience in Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security practices
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals and teams
- Commitment to exceptional Customer Service and conflict resolution abilities
- Good problem-solving skills, attentiveness, and a proactive approach
- Relevant certifications in security or safety protocols are preferred
- Previous experience in a security-focused role is an advantage
- Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick, sound decisions
