Atlantiz Casino is seeking vigilant, disciplined, and customer-focused Security Guards to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and company assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the premises, controlling access, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with company policies while delivering excellent customer service. Casino security roles typically involve patrolling the gaming floor, monitoring suspicious activities, responding to emergencies, and protecting company assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol casino premises, including gaming areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and restricted zones.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and company property.
- Control access by verifying employee IDs and guest entry where required.
- Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other unlawful activities.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, accidents, and security incidents.
- Conduct regular patrols and report any suspicious activities or safety hazards.
- Assist in crowd control during events and peak operational hours.
- Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain security logs.
- Coordinate with surveillance and other departments during investigations.
- Escort cash transfers, valuable assets, or VIP guests when required.
- Enforce company rules, safety procedures, and security protocols.
- Provide professional assistance and information to guests while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Security Supervisor or Security Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduation preferred.
- Prior experience as a Security Guard is preferred. Freshers with the right attitude may also apply.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to stand and patrol for extended periods.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively during emergencies.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Konkani is preferred.
