🎯 Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end manpower sourcing, deployment, and supervision at various client sites

Ensure timely staffing and replacement of security personnel

Conduct regular site visits and audits to maintain service quality

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly

Maintain discipline, compliance, and operational standards across all sites

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and reporting

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports and documentation

✅ Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in the security services industry

Proven experience in manpower handling and field operations

Strong local network for recruitment and deployment

Must be a local candidate from the respective location

Good communication skills (reading & writing)

Ability to handle client interactions professionally

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
