Role Overview
We are looking for a Software Development Engineer to join our Security Operations (SecOps) / Security Engineering team. This role focuses on building scalable security platforms, automation frameworks, and developer-friendly tooling to strengthen our overall security posture.
You will work at the intersection of software engineering and security, partnering with security engineers and product teams to build systems that enable secure development, automated vulnerability management, and scalable security operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build security platforms, services, and internal tooling that enable automated security operations.
- Develop systems for vulnerability management, security signal aggregation, triaging, and remediation workflows.
- Build automation and integrations with security scanners (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, etc.) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop backend services, APIs, and automation pipelines supporting security infrastructure.
- Work with engineering teams to create secure-by-default development workflows and tools.
- Improve security visibility, monitoring, and response automation across systems and services.
Basic Qualifications
- B Tech/M Tech in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed college with minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in product development company.
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Go, Python, Java, or Kotlin.
- Experience building backend systems, APIs, or distributed services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern engineering workflows.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
- Familiarity with application security concepts (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, API security).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building security platforms or developer infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud security, container security, or Kubernetes environments.
- Exposure to security automation, vulnerability management, or security signal pipelines.
