Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Security Engineer role based in Gurugram. The Security Engineer will be responsible for assessing, designing, implementing, and maintaining security measures to protect networks, applications, and sensitive information. Key responsibilities include monitoring and managing security tools, addressing vulnerabilities, responding to security incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security standards. The role also involves staying updated on emerging threats and technologies to enhance overall system security.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Application Security and Information Security practices
- Experience working with Network Security, including designing and implementing secure network architectures
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity principles and methodologies
- Hands-on expertise in Security Engineering and managing security tools
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are strongly preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and mitigate security threats effectively
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills, especially in high-pressure or incident response scenarios
