✈️ We're Hiring | Security Coordinator – Ramp Safety 🚨
Are you passionate about aviation safety and operational excellence? Join our team and play a key role in ensuring safe, secure, and compliant airside operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Monitor ramp operations and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
✔️ Conduct ramp inspections and identify operational hazards.
✔️ Ensure adherence to DGCA, BCAS, ICAO, and airline SOPs.
✔️ Investigate safety incidents and implement corrective actions.
✔️ Coordinate emergency response during operational incidents.
✔️ Conduct safety briefings and training for ramp personnel.
✔️ Maintain safety records, audit reports, and compliance documentation.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Aviation or a related field.
✅ 5–8 years of experience in airport operations, ground handling, ramp safety, or aviation security.
✅ Strong knowledge of DGCA, BCAS, ICAO regulations, and aircraft turnaround operations.
✅ Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications: AVSEC, Ramp Safety, DGR, or other aviation safety/security certifications.
