Role Description
The Security Control Room role at RCSL monitoring and ensuring the safety and security of the premises and personnel. Responsibilities include overseeing physical security through surveillance systems, responding to security incidents, maintaining logs and reports, and coordinating with the security team for immediate action when necessary. The position also includes ensuring compliance with security policies, conducting risk assessments, and promoting security awareness. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tamnar Raigarh Chhattisgarh, India.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Security and Security Awareness
- Strong understanding of Security Management practices
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Information Security principles
- Ability to assess risks and respond effectively to security incidents
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Experience in working collaboratively with security teams to maintain a safe environment
- Prior experience in a similar security operations role is a plus
- Relevant certifications in security management or a related field are advantageous
