Role Overview
We are seeking a Security & Compliance Lead to oversee enterprise security, risk, and compliance programs with a strong focus on regulatory frameworks, data protection, cybersecurity, and AI governance. This role ensures compliance with global standards while enabling secure and responsible AI adoption across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesGovernance, Risk & Compliance
• Develop and maintain frameworks aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR
• Establish AI governance practices and ensure compliance with EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF
• Conduct risk assessments across systems and AI models
Security Operations
• Lead VAPT activities and manage remediation tracking
• Drive incident response, threat modeling, and monitoring
• Ensure protection of PII, sensitive data, and AI datasets
AI & Data Security
• Partner with engineering and data teams to implement secure-by-design principles
• Assess AI tools for privacy, compliance, and security risks
• Implement controls for bias detection, data leakage, and model risks
Business & Stakeholder Support
• Lead responses for RFPs, vendor assessments, and client due diligence
• Guide teams on security and regulatory requirements
• Support leadership in addressing client expectations
Training & Awareness
• Conduct training on cybersecurity, data protection, and safe AI usage
• Promote a culture of compliance and responsible AI practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR
• Understanding of AI governance, risks, and regulatory trends
• Experience in VAPT, audits, and cybersecurity operations
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, data science, and legal teams
• Strong documentation and communication skills
