Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhopal for a Security Audit and GRC Specialist. The role involves conducting security audits, risk assessments, and compliance evaluations to ensure systems meet regulatory and organizational standards. The candidate will also collaborate with teams to implement governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) strategies, analyze security risks, and recommend mitigation measures. Additionally, the role requires preparing detailed audit and risk assessment reports, managing documentation, and maintaining an ongoing improvement plan for organizational security.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for identifying vulnerabilities, assessing risks, and developing actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills to present audit findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of finance and financial statements to evaluate security compliance in financial reporting systems.
- Auditing expertise to perform thorough security assessments and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational compliance standards.
- In-depth understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, GDPR, or other relevant standards (preferred).
- Proficiency in security tools and technologies related to VAPT, firewalls, and enterprise networking solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; certifications like CISA, CISSP, or CISM are an advantage.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
