Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize support processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of critical incidents.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Strong knowledge of access control models, authentication protocols, and authorization mechanisms.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to identity and access management systems.
- Familiarity with security policies, compliance requirements, and risk management in IAM environments.
- Ability to analyze logs, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions in complex software ecosystems.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
