Summary:
The Saviynt Engineer is responsible for delivering implementation, and support of identity and access management (IAM) solutions using the Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC). This role requires a good understanding of IAM concepts, hands-on Saviynt configuration skills, and experience in integrating with enterprise applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day operations activities.
- Own the relationship with Saviynt application and business stakeholders
- Demand planning and prioritization for application onboarding based on discussions with application stakeholders
- Perform requirement gathering, meta data gathering for application onboarding to Internal Workforce Governance
- Testing of integrations for applications onboarded by the Internal Workforce Governance support team
- Identify and table improvement initiatives during service reviews
- Discuss, review and prioritize monthly enhancements backlog
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Saviynt Identity Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the team and in collaboration with Saviynt support.
- Strong understanding of key concepts of Saviynt.
- Experience in handling challenging situations to resolve issues on priority.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and security best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
