Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru as a Secured Loan Process Executive. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end loan processing, including verifying client documentation, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners and clients to deliver exceptional financial solutions and customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in loan processes, including documentation, verification, and compliance
- Knowledge of financial services, secured loans, and banking processes
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills for client and partner interactions
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail in reviewing documents and processing applications
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in banking, finance, or loan processing is a plus
