Welfare Officer
Welfare officer, as per the Statutory requirements, of the plant, ensuring all welfare amenities under factory act like canteen, creche, rest shelter, Drinking water with 100% compliance.

Payroll Management
Preparation of budget relating to time office, wage & salary administration. Responsible for smooth functioning of Time Office and its related activities like payment of wage & salary administration. Initiation of action against indiscipline cases relating to time office for timely action and redressal through DH (ER).

Contract Labor Management
Ensuring of engagement of contract labors as per SOP and approval, Ensuring timely payment of wages as per statute, ensuring all statutory deductions under different enactments. Giving inputs to DH (ER)where ever necessary for streamlining the WO/PO of contractors and other related activities. Ensuring implementation of all rules relating to CLRA Act-1970. Ensuring issuance of Form-V to contractors, submission of commencement & completion of contract labor

Industrial Relations
Interaction with employees, meeting with union to improve industrial relations and to make improvement in productivity, strategic meeting with union and communicating to them as per the organizational needs. Organizing and conduct meetings of various committees which includes workers and executives, handling day to day IR issues, supporting DH (ER) for all types of employee data/MIS for all types of settlements with union. Arrangement of Training for workmen cadre employees for their skill development as well as for multiskilling.

Statutory Compliance
Ensure timely compliance under Factories Act, Payment of Wages Act, Employment Exchange Act, Minimum Wages Act, Contract Labor (Regulation & Abolition Act) and for various Acts under Labor Laws. Ensuring to file all types of returns as applicable under different enactments.

System implementation
To coordinate and facilitate all the internal, external and legal audits pertaining to CLRA, Factories Act and other related Acts.
Smooth implementation of SA-8000, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 in consultation with DH (ER), To take corrective action for all major and minor NCR’s, observation found during external and internal audits.
