Roles & Responsibilities
- CMM create new programme through cad models and modify if needed of new and existing projects.
- Sub assembly inspection and layout inspection
- New project event sample layout inspection on standard room inspection machines .
- New event sample part data collection during events and sample making
- Inspection of fixtures and jigs on CMM
- Inventory and spare management of CMM
Our Requirements
- 4+ Years of relevant experience
- Diploma/B Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of inspection on high accuracy machines specially CMM, roundness, contour etc.
- Knowledge of GD&T, inspection and performance parameters knowledge
- Knowledge of SPC study and criteria
- Knowledge of drawing reading, visual and feeling criteria of product as per process
- CMM programming through cad models and manually.
- Awareness of new product development process
