Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Secretary to the Vice Chancellor. The Secretary will provide high-level administrative, coordination and confidential support to the Vice Chancellor, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Responsibilities include organising meetings, preparing documents, assist in strategic plans, maintaining records, and acting as a liaison between the Vice Chancellor and various stakeholders. The role requires professionalism, discretion, and organizational efficiency in supporting the strategic and operational tasks of the office.

Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Preferred Qualifications

· Certification in office management or executive assistance.
· Bachelor’s degree in Law, Administration, Management.
Experience
5–8 years of experience in executive secretarial or senior administrative support roles, preferably in higher-education institutions or public organizations.
