Job Summary
The Secretary will provide executive secretarial support while managing public relations, communications, and relationship coordination for the ministry. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with ministry partners, leaders, media representatives, government officials, and the public.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Secretarial Support
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for leadership.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate follow-ups on important assignments and communications.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and executive documentation.
Public Relations & Communication
- Build and maintain positive relationships with ministry partners, churches, community leaders, media personnel, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate official communications, invitations, and public interactions.
- Represent the organization professionally during meetings, events, and public engagements.
- Support media coordination, press interactions, and public announcements when required.
Coordination & Event Support
- Coordinate VIP visits, guest relations, and hospitality arrangements.
- Support ministry events, meetings, conferences, and outreach programs.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and external stakeholders.
- Handle public inquiries and escalate important matters appropriately.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain records of communications, meetings, and public relations activities.
- Prepare periodic reports and updates for management.
- Ensure timely responses to official communications and requests.
Spiritual Allignment
- Spiritually mature with strong Christian values.
- Service-oriented and prayerful attitude.
- Strong public relations and coordination skills.
- Flexible for travel and ministry events.
