Role: Company Secretary- Secretarial & Compliance Manager
Experience: 1 -2 years PQE in CS Firm
Work mode: Work from office
Location: Pimpri, Pune- Maharashtra, India
Responsibilities:
- ROC filings (MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-12, INC-22 etc.), annual compliances
- Draft notices, agendas, resolutions & minutes of Board/General Meetings
- Company incorporations, director changes, capital modifications
- Secretarial Audits & Internal Due Diligence Reports
- Liaise with MCA, RBI & regulatory authorities
- Trademark & IPR filings, client advisory for Company Law and IPR
- Guide junior CS trainees
Requirements:
- ACS membership (Mandatory)
- Min 1 yrs PQE in a Practising CS firm (Mandatory)
- Internship + job experience in PCS firm
- Strong MCA portal & ROC filing knowledge
- Willing to work from Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune
