Sanskar Sarjan Education Society, established in 1984, is devoted to providing quality education to underprivileged children in Kurar Village, a suburb in Malad (East), Mumbai. The society established the Dhirajlal Talakchand Sankalchand Shah College of Commerce with the vision of uplifting economically backward communities through education. Transitioning into autonomy in 2021-2022, the college offers updated and customized programs to prepare students for competitive careers and societal contributions. This initiative aligns with the founders' continuous pursuit of educational excellence and societal betterment.

Role Description

This full-time Secondary School Teacher role includes designing and delivering well-structured lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. The teacher will work closely with other staff to meet academic goals and support students' development in line with established standards. This is an on-site position located in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in teaching and a qualified teaching certification
• Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development
• Subject specialization in Mathematics for secondary-level students
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively
• Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field is highly preferred
• Prior experience teaching in a secondary school is an advantage
