Role: Senior Product Designer Experience: 4+ Years Location: Mumbai A sneak peek into the role: We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead our design efforts in creating intuitive, secure, and delightful user experiences for our enterprise security platform. In this role, you will shape the future of our product, balancing usability, aesthetics, and functionality to enhance how users interact with our security solutions. Your expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design will be instrumental in crafting secure and seamless experiences for our customers. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and security experts to ensure that our solutions not only meet business objectives but also provide an intuitive user experience. Here's what you will get to explore: You will get to design user-centric, accessible, and secure interfaces for web applications, ensuring a frictionless experience for enterprise users. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex security workflows into intuitive, user-friendly designs. Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to gather insights and validate design decisions. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and continuous improvements. Establish and maintain a consistent design language across all products by leveraging and evolving our design system. Advocate for user needs and accessibility while balancing security and compliance requirements. Stay updated on the latest trends in UX/UI, cybersecurity, and enterprise software design to continuously improve our user experience. We can see the next Entrepreneur At Seclore if you: Hold 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or Interaction Designer, preferably in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity products. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design, visual design, and UX research. Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. Deep understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility principles. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and heuristic analysis. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex security workflows into intuitive user experiences. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and security experts in an Agile environment. Experience with enterprise security, data protection, or compliance-driven products is a plus. A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred.
