As a Software Engineer specializing in Java, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining backend systems, ensuring high performance and security across our applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and optimize backend systems using Java.
2. Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to integrate and scale applications.
3. Ensure best practices for code quality, testing, and security.
4. Build and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless data integration and performance.
5. Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to team learning.
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.
7. Contribute to architecture decisions and technical roadmap planning.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong focus on Java development.
3. Proficiency in Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
4. Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
5. Strong understanding of databases, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
6. Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
7. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
8. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
9. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
