About the role
We're looking for an SEO Analyst to join our Growth Marketing Team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their SEO career who's eager to dive in, learn fast, and make a real impact. You'll assist in our strategy to capture and grow acquisitions through SEO, working cross-functionally with our product, marketing, and data science teams to identify opportunities, build on them, and report on the performance and health of our SEO channel.
In an industry that's highly search-driven and constantly evolving, you'll get hands-on experience across all facets of SEO—from technical monitoring to content management. You'll report to our Senior Manager, SEO.
What you'll do
Ensure SEO remains a critical and growing contributor to overall sales through thoughtful task execution, competitive research, and ongoing site and content maintenance
Use a variety of SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and others) to report on SEO health and uncover growth opportunities
Clearly and concisely communicate SEO performance to both SEO stakeholders and non-technical audiences
Perform keyword research and content gap analysis to discover new areas for content expansion
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on SEO projects, supporting broader initiatives and owning tactical optimizations
Oversee technical site monitoring, flagging any errors or issues and working with the team to resolve them
Own and maintain our list of priority keywords, ensuring it's up-to-date and strategically aligned
Work within our content management systems to implement timely and accurate on-page optimizations
Support team members across multiple projects from adhoc requests to more streamlined initiatives
What you have
2-4 years of in-house or agency SEO experience
A foundational understanding of SEO best practices and principles (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)
Familiarity with common SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)—experience with any is great; we'll help you learn the rest
Comfort working with data and basic Excel functions (VLookups, Pivot Tables, IF statements)—you enjoy digging into numbers and want to keep learning
A curious mindset and interest in search trends, competitive landscapes, and finding the story behind the data
Exposure to technical SEO tasks like site crawls, page speed analysis, or structured data review is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills—you can manage your time and collaborate across departments with ease
A willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a team that values curiosity and experimentation
