Senior Product Manager

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for one of our core product lines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive the strategic vision and roadmap for your product. Key Responsibilities: - Define the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives - Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements - Collaborate with the engineering team to design and develop innovative solutions - Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to inform product decisions - Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including marketing and sales enablement - Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize the user experience - Identify and navigate complex technical and business challenges - Foster a culture of innovation and customer-centricity within the product team Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment - Strong understanding of product management best practices and methodologies - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically - Demonstrated track record of delivering successful products and features - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally - Experience with agile software development processes and project management tools - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering) Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with B2B SaaS products and enterprise software - Familiarity with user experience design principles and best practices - Understanding of software engineering concepts and technologies - MBA or other advanced degree in a relevant field
