The Role
We are looking for a Search & Project Coordinator to join our remote team. This is a special role for someone with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys technical SEO but also likes the "people" side of marketing.
You’ll be the person who ensures our clients show up in Google and AI search results, while also keeping our projects moving smoothly. You’ll talk to clients, coordinate with our creative team, and make sure everything is delivered on time.

What You Will Do
SEO & AI Search: Help our clients rank on Google and stay visible in AI-driven answers (like ChatGPT or Gemini).
Project Lead: Act as the main point of contact for clients. You’ll share updates, listen to their needs, and make sure they feel supported.
Planning & Calendars: You’ll be responsible for creating and managing monthly content calendars, ensuring there is a clear roadmap for what needs to be done and when.
Team Sync: Work closely with our designers and writers to make sure everyone is on the same page and meeting the deadlines set in your calendars.
Posting & Updates: Handle the final steps of "going live"—whether that’s posting a blog on a website or sharing a carousel on social media.
Reports: Create monthly reports that explain results in simple, easy-to-understand language.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: You’ve spent 1–2 years working in SEO or digital marketing.
The "Organized" Mind: You are naturally good at managing lists, schedules, and multiple tasks at once.
Great Communicator: You can communicate and explain technical things without using confusing jargon.
Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with tools like Google Search Console and Ahrefs, and you love using AI tools to work smarter.
A "Can-Do" Attitude: You’re happy to jump in and help wherever it’s needed to get a project across the finish line.
