IT Engineer (Software)

Our client is a Fortune 500 MNC. They are looking for: IT Engineer (Software) Role Summary This role focuses on enhancing the digital end-user experience and managing software lifecycle and vulnerability compliance. Key Responsibilities: Review/approve changes affecting digital user experience (monitoring, orchestration, testing, documentation). Enhance and mature the global Early Adopter Program. Develop and implement user experience (UX) improvement strategies. Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis. Collaborate across IT, design, and product teams to enhance UX/UI. Maintain a consistent experience across platforms and devices. Monitor performance and user satisfaction metrics for continuous improvement. Train teams on UX best practices. Software License Management (SLM): Manage all the company approved licensed software and entitlements. Analyze software risks, license usage, and vulnerabilities. Participate in remediation projects and compliance efforts. Develop SLM strategies for cost/performance optimization. Lead license management team and coordinate renewals. Generate reports on software usage and savings. Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems. 5+ years in software lifecycle and vulnerability management. Experience with Microsoft Cloud (M365, Windows365, VirtualDesktop). Familiar with ISO 27000 (ISO27k) standards and compliance. Passion for endpoint security and continuous improvement.
