The RoleWe are looking for a forward-thinking Search Experience (SEO/AIO) Intern to join our remote team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to learn the future of digital marketing.
You won’t just be learning traditional SEO; you will be at the forefront of AI Optimization (AIO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). Your focus will be on helping websites rank on Google while also ensuring they get cited as the "chosen answer" inside conversational AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google’s AI Overviews.
What You Will Do- AI Search Research: Experiment with AI prompts to see how brands appear in AI-generated summaries and find ways to improve their visibility.
- Keyword & Intent Analysis: Look beyond basic search volume to understand how people ask questions naturally when talking to AI assistants.
- On-Page SEO Support: Assist with basic website audits, updating meta tags, headers, and checking internal links.
- Content Authority: Help optimize blog posts and articles to ensure they meet high standards of trust, expertise, and authority.
- Local SEO: Help manage local listings and Google Business Profiles to ensure visibility in "near me" searches.
- Tracking Results: Assist the team in gathering data for monthly reports to track improvements in search rankings and AI mentions.
