Role Description We are looking for a motivated SEO, GEO.AEO & WordPress Executive who can manage website SEO, AI search optimization, WordPress updates, and basic front-end customizations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SEO tools, WordPress website management, HTML/CSS customization, HubSpot, and emerging optimization strategies for AI-powered search engines and answer engines.
Key Responsibilities SEO, GEO & AEO
- Perform on-page SEO optimization for websites and landing pages.
- Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor research.
- Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, schema markup, and content.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Identify and fix technical SEO issues.
- Track rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions and prepare performance reports.
- Implement internal linking and content optimization strategies.
- Optimize content for AI-powered search engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
- Create and structure content to improve visibility in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies including FAQs, schema markup, featured snippets, and conversational content formats.
- Monitor brand visibility across AI search platforms and emerging search experiences.
- Develop content strategies that improve discoverability in both traditional search and AI-generated results.
WordPress Management
- Create, update, and maintain WordPress pages and blog posts.
- Manage themes, plugins, and website content.
- Troubleshoot basic WordPress issues and ensure website functionality.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and user experience.
- Work with Elementor and other page builders to create landing pages and website sections.
HTML & CSS
- Customize website layouts using HTML and CSS.
- Implement design changes and responsive adjustments.
- Modify landing pages and website sections as required.
- Work closely with design and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
HubSpot
- Create and manage HubSpot landing pages and forms.
- Integrate HubSpot forms, CTAs, and meeting schedulers on websites.
- Manage lead capture workflows and basic email automation.
- Monitor lead generation and conversion tracking within HubSpot.
Required Skills
- 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in SEO and WordPress.
- Strong understanding of On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, GEO, and AEO.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS.
- Good knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience with HubSpot CMS, Forms, Landing Pages, and Marketing Tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, or equivalent SEO tools.
- Understanding of schema markup, featured snippets, AI search optimization, and structured data implementation.
- Knowledge of website speed optimization and Core Web Vitals.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working with Elementor or similar page builders.
- Knowledge of SEO content optimization and AI-assisted content workflows.
- Experience optimizing content for AI-powered search platforms and answer engines.
