Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Team Lead, based in Gurgaon. The SEO Team Lead will oversee the development and execution of SEO strategies to improve clients' online presence and search rankings.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, optimizing web content, developing on-page SEO strategies, building and managing high-quality backlinks, and analyzing web performance metrics through tools like Google Analytics. The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on implementation, and leadership of an SEO team to achieve outstanding results for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO techniques
- Experience in Link Building strategies and implementation
- Strong knowledge of Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics and the ability to interpret data
- Understanding of marketing principles and strategies in a digital landscape
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong team leadership and collaboration capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in an SEO lead or managerial role is an advantage
