Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead with 4+ years of hands-on expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO. The ideal candidate should have strong team handling and client handling experience (minimum 2 years) and the ability to drive SEO strategies that deliver measurable results. This role involves leading the SEO team, managing client communication, and ensuring successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies to improve organic performance.
- Conduct website audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO planning.
- Oversee technical SEO activities including site structure, indexing, crawl issues, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.
- Manage and guide the SEO team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure quality delivery.
- Handle client communication, strategy discussions, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with content, development, and PPC teams for integrated marketing strategies.
- Track and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Prepare and present SEO reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Requirements- 4+ years of proven experience in SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO).
- Minimum 2 years of client handling experience, preferably with international clients.
- Strong team handling and leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Good understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
