Job Title: SEO Team Lead
Location: Hanspal, Bhubaneswar
Experience: 2 – 3 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
Required Skills & Competencies:
1.Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and ranking factors
2.Expertise in keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical SEO
3.Proven experience in SEO analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
4.Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
5.Strong project management and organizational skills
6.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
7.Experience in content strategy planning and execution
8.Knowledge of Local SEO and competitor analysis
9.Adaptability to frequent algorithm updates
10.Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation
11.Basic understanding of social media alignment with SEO
12.Working knowledge of PPC/paid ads is an added advantage
