Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced and result-driven SEO Team Lead who can manage a team, drive organic growth, and develop effective SEO strategies. The candidate should have strong leadership skills along with hands-on SEO expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the SEO team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Plan and execute SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for better ranking
- Handle technical SEO aspects like site speed, indexing, crawl errors
- Coordinate with content, design, and development teams
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance regularly
- Stay updated with latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
Required Skills:- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure
- Expertise in On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO
- Team handling and leadership experience
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
