Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Team Lead, based in Borivali. The SEO Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and implementing SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities to enhance online visibility. The role entails analyzing web analytics, monitoring campaign performance, and managing digital content with a focus on improving website rankings. The position involves mentoring a team of SEO specialists and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO)
• Lead keyword research and identify high-impact opportunities
• Optimize website architecture, landing pages, and content for better rankings
• Monitor organic traffic, rankings, and conversions
• Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve crawl, indexing, and speed issues
• Plan and execute link-building strategies
• Analyze competitors and market trends for growth opportunities
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams
• Manage and mentor the SEO team
• Track and report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush & Ahrefs
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates
