SEO Team Lead – Job Description (Short & Point-wise)

• Conduct keyword research and develop keyword strategies.
• Generate content ideas and optimize existing content for better rankings.
• Plan and manage website architecture and page hierarchy.
• Perform on-page SEO for homepage, landing pages, blogs, and product pages.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to fix issues (site speed, crawl errors, duplicate content).
• Perform complete SEO audits (technical, on-page, off-page) for both mobile and desktop.
• Implement local & international SEO strategies including Google My Business optimization.
• Track SEO performance metrics (organic traffic, rankings, domain authority) and suggest improvements.
• Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and create plans to outperform them.
• Stay updated with latest SEO trends, algorithms, and tools.
• 1+ year experience as an SEO Team Lead or similar role preferred.
• Digital Marketing Agency experience is a plus.

Location: Block A-128, Sector-63, Noida

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Salary: Depends on skills
