This is a full-time onsite role for an SEO Specialist at Codestratz, based in Trivandrum. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing SEO strategies focused on driving organic leads and revenue for multiple clients across different industries.
Daily tasks include performing in-depth keyword research, implementing strong technical SEO practices, building high-quality backlinks, and executing content strategies aligned with business goals. The role also involves understanding each client’s business model, target audience, and vision to create SEO strategies that generate measurable results.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end SEO — from strategy and execution to performance tracking — with a strong focus on organic growth, lead generation, and revenue impact rather than just rankings.
Qualifications
• Proven experience working in a marketing or SEO agency (must)
• Strong understanding of business-driven SEO with a focus on organic lead generation and revenue growth
• Expertise in Technical SEO, including site audits, indexing, crawlability, and performance optimization
• Advanced skills in keyword research and search intent mapping
• Strong experience in content marketing and building SEO-driven content strategies
• Experience working across industries such as eCommerce, Real Estate, Education, B2B, SaaS, and Healthcare
• Ability to rank websites not only on search engines but also on LLM platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude) and AI Overviews
• Strong expertise in acquiring high-quality backlinks through ethical and strategic link-building
• Experience in outreach and securing niche, industry-relevant backlinks
• Ability to analyze SEO performance and continuously optimize strategies
• Strong client handling skills and ability to align SEO strategies with business goals
• Passion for SEO with a continuous learning mindset and adaptability to algorithm & AI changes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines
