Job OverviewYES Germany is looking for an experienced and performance-driven SEO Executive / SEO Specialist to contribute to the company’s digital growth and organic lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Content Strategy, and Analytics, with a data-driven approach toward improving search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Roles & Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives and ROI goals.
- Perform detailed SEO audits including:
- Website analysis
- Crawl analysis
- Technical audits
- Traffic and ranking analysis
- Lead and conversion performance review
- Analyze and optimize:
- On-page SEO
- Off-page SEO
- Technical SEO
- Local SEO factors
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink analysis, and content audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website elements including:
- Meta titles & descriptions
- URLs
- Internal linking
- Schema markup
- Website structure
- Page speed
- Improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, featured snippets, and lead generation performance.
- Plan and execute link-building and outreach campaigns to improve domain authority.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Create SEO-focused content strategies and manage workflow timelines for content optimization.
- Track and monitor SEO performance using tools such as:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- Ahrefs
- SEMrush
- Prepare monthly SEO reports, performance dashboards, and future strategic roadmaps.
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, industry tools, and best practices.
Required Skills- Strong expertise in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Local SEO, Link Building, Keyword Research, Content Marketing, Web Analytics, and overall SEO strategy.
- Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools.
- Understanding of HTML, indexing, crawlability, and website architecture.
- Experience in content optimization and organic lead generation.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple SEO projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Study Abroad, or Service Industry preferred.
