We are looking for a creative and highly motivated SEO Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about search algorithms, thrive on technical challenges, and know how to turn data into actionable growth strategies, we want to hear from you.
Your mission will be to improve our search engine visibility, increase organic traffic, and drive high-quality leads across our digital assets.
What You’ll Do
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- On-Page & Technical: Optimise website structure, metadata, site speed, and internal linking to ensure peak performance and indexability.
- Content Optimisation: Collaborate with content teams to create high-performing, user-focused content that aligns with search intent.
- Off-Page Growth: Manage and scale link-building strategies that improve domain authority and brand recognition.
- Data & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party tools to provide actionable reports on ROI.
- Stay Ahead: Keep the company updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging search technologies (including AI-driven search).
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: [4]+ years of proven experience in SEO ( in-house).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and web crawling/indexing.
- Tool Expertise: Proficiency in SEO industry tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to synthesise complex data into clear, strategic business decisions.
- Communication: Strong ability to explain SEO technicalities to non-technical team members and stakeholders.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with [insert specific CMS, e.g., WordPress] and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
