The ideal candidate will analyze, review, and implement changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines. This candidate will be able to implement actionable strategies that will improve site visibility.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Grow the organic traffic - keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and technical SEO across the site.
- Make the company/brand show up in AI answers - structure content for citations on Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Google AI Overviews.
- Build domain authority - own the backlink strategy, digital PR, and third-party brand mentions.
- Keep the engine healthy - regular audits on crawlability, site speed, schema, and internal linking.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years in SEO with real results - traffic growth, ranking improvements, or organic pipeline impact.
- Knows where search is heading - has worked with or thought deeply about GEO and AI-driven discovery.
- Technically solid - Core Web Vitals, schema, crawlability, and comfortable across Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC.
