Role Overview
Speaking Mirror is looking for a dedicated and performance-driven SEO Executive to join our team in Kolkata. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for improving website visibility, driving organic traffic, and supporting the company’s digital growth initiatives through effective SEO strategies.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine optimization techniques, analytics, keyword research, and performance tracking. The role requires close coordination with content and marketing teams to ensure optimized digital performance across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy & Optimization
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
• Optimize website structure, metadata, and content for search visibility
2. Performance Monitoring & Analytics
• Track website traffic, rankings, and SEO performance metrics
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using SEO tools
• Generate regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations
3. Content & Website Coordination
• Work closely with content and design teams for SEO-friendly execution
• Ensure content aligns with search intent and ranking opportunities
• Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate resolutions
4. Market & Trend Analysis
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry practices
• Research emerging digital trends and optimization opportunities
5. Team Collaboration & Execution
• Coordinate with internal teams to support digital marketing goals
• Ensure timely execution of SEO activities and deliverables
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve online visibility and engagement

Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
* 1–3 years of experience in SEO or Digital Marketing
* Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques
* Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar platforms
* Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Salary
* ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)
