Role OverviewWe are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist with at least 1 year of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO strategies, digital campaigns, and analytics to drive organic and paid growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for SEO
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities
- Build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority
- Monitor rankings and traffic using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console
Digital Marketing- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email marketing)
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (PPC, display ads, remarketing)
- Create engaging content for blogs, websites, and social platforms
- Work on social media growth strategies (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Analytics & Reporting- Track performance metrics (traffic, conversion, CTR, ROI)
- Generate regular reports with actionable insights
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance
Content & Strategy- Collaborate with design and development teams for campaign execution
- Develop SEO-friendly content strategies
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes
Required Skills- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics & Google Ads
- Understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CMS (WordPress), and website structure
- Good content writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with social media marketing
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field
- Certifications in Digital Marketing or SEO (Google, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience in B2B marketing or tech industry is a plus
Additional Requirements- Immediate joiners will be preferred
- This is a Work from Office role based in Bengaluru
