Role OverviewWe are looking for an SEO Specialist who lives and breathes algorithms, search intent, and organic growth. You won't just be stuffing keywords into blog posts; you’ll be the architect of our organic search strategy. Responsibilities- On-Page & Off-Page Optimization: Optimize everything from meta tags and site architecture to internal linking and backlink profiles.
- Keyword & Intent Research: Uncover high-value, intent-driven keywords that align with our audience’s pain points.
- Technical SEO Audits: Identify and fix crawlability issues, page speed bottlenecks, and schema markup errors (core web vitals are your best friends).
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with our content team to map out an editorial calendar designed to dominate the SERPs.
- Data & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on organic traffic, conversions, and rankings using GA4, Google Search Console, and other tools. Turn data into actionable insights.
Requirements- Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience managing SEO campaigns (e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, or agency experience).
- The Toolkit: Deep familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4.
- Analytical Mindset: You don't just report numbers; you understand why they changed and what to do next.
- Basic Technical Know-How: Comfort working with CMS platforms (like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify) and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Communication Skills: The ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical team members without making their eyes glaze over.
