Recruitment Mantra Hiring SEO Specialist for Collab Mate
Job Title: SEO Specialist

Eligibility: Graduate with 2+ years of relevant experience
Annual CTC: ₹3 – ₹5 Lakhs Per Annum
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO activities.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, landing pages, and technical SEO elements.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Build high-quality backlinks and manage link-building campaigns.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to improve digital visibility.
- Track SEO performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML, WordPress, and website optimization.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Passionate about digital marketing and search engine optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and research abilities.
- Experience in handling SEO campaigns across different industries will be an added advantage.
