You'll own end-to-end search performance for 2–3 concurrent projects at any given time, Own Door's own website plus a rotating set of US-based property management client accounts. This is both a strategy and a hands-on content role: you'll optimize the sites and write the content that fuels their growth turning SEO into rankings, organic traffic, and qualified leads. It's an on-site role in Gurugram on the US shift. Key responsibilities include:
• Own SEO across 2–3 projects at once — prioritize, and execute roadmaps for Own Door and assigned US property-management client sites without dropping the ball on any of them.
• Keyword & market research — build keyword strategies around US property-management and real-estate search intent, including location-based terms for the US cities and states we serve.
• On-page optimization — titles, meta descriptions, headers, URL structure, internal linking, and content briefs for service, blog, and location pages.
• Technical SEO — run audits and resolve crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals, and schema issues; coordinate fixes with the web/dev team.
• Local SEO for US markets — Google Business Profile optimization, NAP consistency, citations, reviews, and city/state landing pages.
• Off-page & link building — outreach, directory listings, and authority-building campaigns relevant to US real-estate audiences.
• Write & optimize content — research and write SEO-driven blog posts, landing pages, and service/location page copy, optimized for both search and conversion.
• Analytics & reporting — track rankings and organic traffic in GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio; deliver clear monthly reports per project/client.
• Stay ahead of the algorithm — keep up with Google updates and AI/SGE search trends, and adapt strategy accordingly.
Key Requirements for the Role:
• 2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an agency or multi-client environment where you managed several projects at once.
• A track record of improving rankings and organic traffic with real examples you can walk us through.
• Strong command of SEO tools: GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Business Profile, and rank/keyword trackers.
• Solid technical SEO understanding, schema markup, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals; comfortable working in WordPress.
• Working knowledge of on-page, off-page, and local SEO.
• Strong content-writing ability & able to research and write clear, engaging, SEO-optimized copy.
• Excellent written English, essential for producing high-quality content and clear performance reports.
• Proven ability to juggle 2–3 projects, prioritize ruthlessly, and hit deadlines.
• Willingness to work the US shift, on-site in Gurugram.
